Cookies

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Besides cookies, the site uses the browser's local storage (localStorage). This page explains what we store and why. The general rules of data processing are in the privacy policy.

Strictly necessary

The site cannot work properly without these, so they need no consent:

  • the session cookie — keeps you signed in after you confirm a code; removed when you sign out or the session expires;
  • technical cookies for security and abuse protection.

Functional (local storage)

Kept only in your browser and not sent to us unless you sign in:

  • a guest's favourites and saved searches;
  • the list of cars to compare;
  • the chosen catalogue view (grid or list);
  • a draft listing or review, so nothing you typed is lost;
  • an anonymous browser identifier for "helpful" votes and reports, so each person votes once.

Payments

When you pay for a service you go to the payment provider's page, which uses its own cookies to secure the payment.

Controlling cookies

You can delete cookies and site data or block them in your browser settings. If you block the necessary cookies, signing in will not work. A guest's favourites are lost when browser data is cleared — sign in to keep them: they are then synced with your account.
