These rules keep the listings on autoland.md honest and useful. By posting a listing you accept them and the terms of use. Listings that break the rules may be rejected, unpublished or deleted, and the offender's account blocked.
General requirements
- One listing is one specific car that you have and are entitled to sell.
- The same car is not published in several listings. To bring a listing back to the top, raise it.
- The phone number in the listing is the number confirmed in your account.
- Wanted ads, swaps without a sale, rentals and services are not posted in the car-sales section.
Specifications and price
- Make, model, year, mileage, fuel, gearbox, condition and the other details must be true.
- State the full real price of the car in the chosen currency. Symbolic prices (1, 100 and so on), a down payment or "price on request" are not allowed in the price field.
- If the car has not cleared customs, has been in an accident or needs repairs, say so.
Photos
- Only real photos of the car for sale.
- Not allowed: other people's or advertising images, manufacturer catalogue photos (allowed for dealers' new cars when marked as such), collages, watermarks of other sites.
- No phone numbers, links or contacts in the photos.
Description
- The description is about the car for sale only.
- No phone numbers, links or messenger handles in the text: the listing page has buttons for contacting you.
- No insults, obscene language, calls for discrimination, or keywords unrelated to the car (such as lists of other makes).
Prohibited
- Selling stolen cars, cars with altered VIN or engine numbers, forged papers, or cars under seizure without saying so.
- Bait listings: cars that do not exist, or an understated price to attract calls.
- Collecting prepayments, asking for card details or SMS codes.
- Posting on behalf of another person without their consent.
- Mass posting by a private person for trade: use a dealer account instead.
Moderation
Moderators may check a listing before or after publication, ask for corrections and reject a listing, stating the reason. A rejected listing can be corrected and submitted again. Accounts are blocked for serious or repeated violations by decision of the site administration.
Listing term
A listing is published for a limited term and can be renewed. When the car is sold, mark the listing as "Sold" under My listings.
