1. Subject
1.1. The Provider supplies listing-promotion services on autoland.md: placement in the top and on the home page, highlighting, raising in search results, badges on the listing card, bundles, and other services described on Plans and services ("the Services").
1.2. The content, duration and price of each Service are shown on the site when it is ordered.
2. Ordering and payment
2.1. The Customer chooses a listing and a Service in their account and pays online by bank card through a payment provider.
2.2. Prices are shown in the currency chosen when ordering. The price is fixed at the moment of payment; later price changes do not affect a paid order.
2.3. Card details are entered on the payment provider's secure page; the Provider neither receives nor stores them.
2.4. Payment confirmation appears in the payments section of the account; a receipt may be sent to the e-mail address in the account.
3. Provision of Services
3.1. A Service starts as soon as payment is confirmed, or for listings under moderation, when they are published.
3.2. Service terms run in calendar days and are not extended if the Customer unpublishes the listing, marks it sold, or the listing is blocked for breaking the rules.
3.3. The order in which promoted listings are shown and the number of places are set by the Provider and may change. The Provider does not guarantee a number of views, calls or the sale of the car.
4. Refunds
4.1. If a Service was not provided through the Provider's fault (a technical failure), the Provider extends it accordingly or refunds the unprovided part.
4.2. A Service that has started is considered provided when applied to the listing, since its result (showing the listing) is consumed immediately. Services provided are not refunded except where the law requires it.
4.3. If a listing is blocked for breaking the posting rules, the price of the Service is not refunded.
5. Liability
Each party's liability is limited to the price of the paid Service. The Provider is not liable for outages of payment systems, banks or communication networks.
6. Other terms
The offer is valid until withdrawn. The Provider may change it by publishing a new version; paid orders remain under the version in force at the time of payment. The parties' relations are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova.
